Returns & Refunds
Due to the exclusive nature of our pieces, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once an order has been shipped.

Bespoke Policy
As each custom piece is created specifically to your vision, all bespoke orders are final. Once a customization or special request has been confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not available.
